This is very very good honey. I recently ordered the Stringy bark variety, It’s smooth, dark and no sugary tatste at all. It’s from one source and is not a blend of other varieties.

I have just about finished getting through the 1st 3 Kgs of your Spotted Gum raw honey and have just ordered another “bucket” from you. Thank you for producing such a splendid product. I use raw honey infused with garlic every morning before I consume anything else and this honey us perfect. I am also on dialysis and drink African red tea, because it has no caffeine, but it does not taste very nice when sugar is added so I began adding Spotted Gum to it and they blend beautifully.
So pleased I found your company and am willing to highly recommend you at any time.

I did my research on honey: most things in the supermarket are sugar/processed or uncertain in origin (China, etc).
Clayridge honey is delicious AND the real thing. We have tried many varieties and liked them all, plus it helps a real NSW rural business. It represents great value when compared with overpriced supermarket honey in fancy bottles (if you like little bottles, you can get them here too of course, but we like it avoids more packaging). It doesn’t get better than this.
They deliver the bucket to Sydney within a few days (easy) and when you run out of it (it’ll last a while but you will run out of it), you just come back here for more.
Tried a 3kg bucket of the snow gum, smashed through it. Really different flavor, put it in our porridge every morning.

Love the ironbark. Taste so good, have it with lemon and lime and add it in cereal. Always get the 3kg bucket and keep coming back for more.
The snow gum honey was fantastic and I’m converted to a regular customer after trying the 3kg snow gum honey bucket. I’ve now purchased another 2x bucket and hope to try all the other honey varieties when the spring season come again.
