Our Stringy Bark honey has been harvested and is ready to be enjoyed on your morning toast, cereal, in your coffee or just scooped straight from the jar. This is a richer honey (but not pungent by any means). It has a beautiful taste if we do say so ourselves.
The Stringy Bark tree can grow from 10 to 14 metres generally.
Trivia: Koalas will eat a total of 20 different types of eucalyptus trees overall. There are 13 different types of Stringy Bark tree in Australia but the koala will only eat one specific Stringy Bark variety, being the Blue-Leaved Stringy Bark.
